Specialty coffee

We buy green coffee directly from farmers and from suppliers we trust, choosing beans by season and harvest. Every new lot is sample roasted and cupped blind in our own lab before it goes on sale — we only sell coffee we want to drink ourselves.

Roasting is done in small batches, with an individual profile for each coffee.

In this collection: single origins from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, El Salvador and Indonesia, including experimental fermentation lots.
