This coffee comes from West Java, Indonesia. Local Sundanese farmers grow and pick it. The name "Sadayana" means "to work together" in the local language.
Farmers carefully pick ripe, red coffee cherries by hand. They take these to the Sadayana coffee station. Here, they put the cherries in water to remove bad ones. Then, they leave the good cherries for 120 hours without air. After this, they remove the fruit from the seeds and dry them for 10-14 days.
When you make this coffee in a filter, you'll taste flavors like gooseberry, green apple, and apricot.
