- Pick-Up at Warehouse: You can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse at Krochmalna 61, 339, 00-864 Warszawa, Poland. Please contact us to arrange convenient pick-up time.
- Home Delivery via InPost: We partner with InPost to deliver your order directly to your doorstep. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.
- Delivery to Paczkomat via InPost: For added convenience, you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostalBox location. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days.

Poland Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your destination, the weight and size of your order, and your chosen shipping method (Pick-Up at Warehouse, Home Delivery, or Delivery to PostalBox). You can generally expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.
International Delivery Time Estimates
For international shipments to the above-mentioned European countries, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 4-10 business days via GLS carrier. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.
Free Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders above 100 zl within Poland and to some international destinations. Please see the table below for details on shipping costs and free shipping conditions by country.
Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking information for all GLS and InPost shipments. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
