Overview
Ethiopia Ayele Fulasa is a natural-processed coffee from Yirgacheffe, one of Ethiopia’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. Ayele Fulasa cultivates the JARC 74110 variety at an altitude of 2,005 meters and works with a project that helps farmers improve coffee quality and access better markets.
The cherries are handpicked, with only ripe fruit selected, and then dried whole on raised bamboo beds for two to three weeks. In the cup, expect notes of bergamot, jasmine, and cane sugar.
This is a light, floral, and exceptionally clean Ethiopian coffee with gentle sweetness and a refreshing finish. The kind of coffee that speaks softly, yet leaves a more lasting impression than most bold statements.
