The cherries are handpicked and delivered to the Njuriga washing station, which brings together over 470 farmers. This station is known for its experimental processing techniques that give the coffee a distinctive character.
This particular coffee undergoes the Anaerobic Natural Mountain Dry process. Ripe cherries are fermented in sealed tanks, creating a rich, fruit-forward profile.
In the cup, you'll find notes of rose, cherry, and blackcurrant.
