The farm is run by Wildan Mustofa and his wife Atieq, who started their coffee project in 2010 in Sindangkerta, Weninggalih. They were among the pioneers in Indonesia to focus on fully washed processing.
Farmers Wildan and Atieq built their farm in West Java by going against the grain — and never regretted it. This coffee is fermented underwater for four days without any additives, then naturally dried on its own. In the cup, expect fermented apple, dark chocolate, and hard candy notes — and yes, it’s an unusual combination, but it works.
