A specialty coffee from the Frinsa Estate, located in West Java at 1,400 meters above sea level.
The farm is run by Wildan Mustofa and his wife Atiek, who started their coffee project in 2010 in Sindangkerta, Weninggalih. They were among the pioneers in Indonesia to focus on fully washed processing.
This lot is called Manis, which means “sweet” in Bahasa. The coffee is processed using an extended natural fermentation method: whole cherries are submerged in water and fermented for 96 hours before being dried—without any additives or enhancements.
