This coffee is grown on a picturesque 4-hectare garden-style farm, nurtured by Ethiopian farmer Adam Banata. Adam's farm focuses on producing Natural Grade 1 coffee—the highest quality standard. The coffee cherries are processed using the natural (dry) method, where they're dried under the sun in their natural skins.
