Awesome organic coffee from small farmers in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. This coffee grows at about 1550 meters above sea level in "coffee gardens" - tiny plots where you might find just 20 trees growing next to other crops. It's as cozy as it sounds! The farmers don't use any artificial stuff - no chemical fertilizers or pesticides here. Instead, the coffee trees get all the good stuff naturally from fallen leaves and leftover coffee cherry skins. It's like nature's own compost heap! When you brew it as regular coffee, you'll taste tropical flavors like mango, pineapple, kiwi, and papaya. Make it as espresso, and you'll get a burst of tutti-frutti ("all the fruits"), mango, and kiwi.
